Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances outlined in this policy to ensure fairness for all students and maintain the integrity of our educational platform.

- Duplicate payment for the same course due to technical error
- Payment charged but course access not provided due to technical issues
- Course content significantly different from the advertised description
- Technical issues preventing course access for more than 7 days
- Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase with less than 10% course completion
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after course completion beyond 10%
- Inability to complete course due to personal circumstances

- Completion of course with certificate already issued

5. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered based on course completion percentage and time elapsed since purchase. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.
